THE FRASER VALLEY
Town of Agassiz
District of Kent
British Columbia - Canada
Agassiz, named after Lewis Nunn Agassiz who settled here in 1867, is a rural community set in a combination of wilderness and rolling farmland. The dominant economic factor is farm crops and dairy cattle. These images underline the small town nature of this area. It is situated southwest of Hope at the junction of Highways #7 & #9.
